What types of cards does EGC authenticate/grade?
EGC currently accepts all TCGs with standard size dimensions: 6.3cm x 8.8cm. This includes Pokemon, Magic the Gathering, Sorcery: Contested Realm, Flesh & Blood, Digimon, Dragon Ball Super, One Piece, Disney Lorcana, Star Wars Unlimited, Grand Archieve, or retired (no longer in print) TCGs that fit the standard size card dimensions can also be submitted for grading.

When will Japanese-sized cards be available for grading?
We currently accept standard sized TCGs, join our mailing list to be notified when Japanese-sized TCGs (such as Yu-Gi-Oh!, Cardfight!! Vanguard etc), will become available for grading.

How do I submit my cards for grading?
Head to the Submissions page, select the service you wish to use and add to cart the number of cards you wish to grade. Any discounts will be applied automatically. Once you sign into your account and finalise the payment, check your inbox for instructions on how to send your cards to us. If you do not receive an email regarding the next steps, please contact us through our form and we will be in touch shortly.

How can I update or change my address on a current order?
Simply fill in the contact us form to notify our team of any changes. Please note we will be able to change the address up until the stage before the final graded cards are shipped back to you. Once you receive a tracking confirmation of a return order, the address can not be changed.

What if my item is returned and I believe it is mislabeled or has a spelling error?
We will endeavour to minimise the number of errors during the grading process, however, if on the rare occasion a mistake is made, please contact us and we will fix and replace the mistake free of charge.

Does EGC accept cards with a foreign language?
Yes! As long as they fit within the standard size dimensions: 6.3cm x 8.8cm, you can send them in for grading.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

What is the turnaround time, and what if it doesn’t complete within this timeframe?
Our expert team will do their best to complete all submissions within the designated timeframe. Please note, the timeframes are estimates only and delays can sometimes occur. We will notify customers as soon as possible if this happens.

How will my order ship back to me?
Once your order has been graded, you will be notified via email with tracking information. All returning orders are shipped using Australia Post Express postage.

Which countries can I send my cards from to EGC?
We currently only accept trading cards sent from and delivered to Australian addresses only.
